The company CEMEX has installed Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise IP-telephony system, combining the company's offices in Riga, Broceni and St. Petersburg in united IP-network. The telephony system was supplied and installed, as well as routine maintenance works were carried out by ADVENTUS SOLUTIONS. All works were completed on time and in good quality. Hereafter ADVENTUS SOLUTIONS provided many innovative solutions: corporate IP-telephony traffic interconnection between old and new offices, IP dial-backup system installation and adjustment, IT support personnel training to carry out daily user requests.
